New brand for a better customer experience

one.com has been around for two decades. It’s time for an upgrade! A lot has happened since, and as a result both our customers’ and our own digital journey have grown significantly. We felt that our brand image needed to better represent who we are, as well as the people and businesses that choose us as their trusted online provider. That’s why we’re proud to present our new brand look.

We keep the customer at the centre of everything we do. We’re good at making the complex easy. We stay up to date. We’re fair. Our new brand aims to show what we stand for and our mission.

Our homepage has a fresher and improved flow – to help our customers find what they need quicker. We’ll continue to improve our website according to user needs and industry best practices.

Green is not just a colour. We’re aiming to be fair in everything we do. Our customers deserve good solutions at fair prices. Our employees need a supportive and inclusive working environment in which they can thrive. To power our work, we’re using renewable energy for our data centres. We’re also committed to launching several initiatives under the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (more info to come).

Recently, we’ve improved our product offering, and, in the light of the Covid pandemic, launched a new offer to help struggling businesses offer their products and services online.
