The start of Paul’s journey
On the question of what inspired him to start writing, Paul explains that he used to spend a lot of time on the road, relying on the radio to keep him company during his drives. It was at a time when there was a constant stream of stories about corruption in the media and in particular the infamous UK’s ‘phone hacking scandal’. As he listened, day after day, a story formed in his head and Paul decided to write a book about it. Paul describes himself as someone who is constantly on the lookout for injustices and inequalities, eager to understand and challenge them. This commitment to social awareness serves as a constant source of inspiration for his writing. In fact, Paul’s novels often explore the topic of LGBTQ+ rights, a subject that resonates strongly with him.
Creating his website
